Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy

PantyBuyer.com is an adult-only online marketplace and user-generated-content platform operated by PantyBuyer LLC (“PantyBuyer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

PantyBuyer maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, child exploitation, coercion, forced participation, non-consensual content, and any use of the Service to exploit, threaten, control, or harm another person.

This Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy supplements PantyBuyer’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, 2257 Statement, Content Removal Policy, and other applicable platform policies.

1. Adult-Only and Consent-Based Platform

PantyBuyer is intended only for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

All participation on PantyBuyer must be voluntary, lawful, and consensual. Users may not use the Service to upload, post, request, sell, purchase, promote, facilitate, or distribute content, products, messages, or activity involving minors, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, force, fraud, threats, impersonation, blackmail, extortion, or non-consensual conduct.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use PantyBuyer to engage in, promote, request, facilitate, or attempt to conceal:

  1. Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation;
  2. Child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or any content involving a minor;
  3. Coercion, threats, force, fraud, manipulation, blackmail, extortion, or pressure to create, sell, upload, or perform content;
  4. Non-consensual intimate content, revenge content, hidden recording, stolen content, leaked content, or content shared without permission;
  5. Prostitution, escorting, in-person sexual services, paid sexual meetings, or unlawful commercial sexual activity;
  6. Impersonation, identity misuse, fake performer accounts, or account control by someone other than the person represented;
  7. Control of another person’s account, earnings, identity documents, communications, listings, or content for exploitative purposes;
  8. Recruiting, transporting, harboring, advertising, managing, or profiting from another person through coercive, exploitative, or unlawful conduct;
  9. Requests for content involving intoxication, incapacitation, restraint, fear, threats, violence, inability to consent, or any unlawful activity;
  10. Attempts to move activity off-platform to avoid safety review, payment controls, moderation, verification, or enforcement.

PantyBuyer may determine, in its discretion, whether content or conduct violates this Policy.

3. Seller Verification, Consent, and Compliance

PantyBuyer may require sellers or certain users to complete age, identity, account, consent, or compliance review before accessing seller features, publishing listings, uploading certain content, receiving payouts, or using protected marketplace functions.

Sellers and contributors are responsible for ensuring that:

  1. They are adults legally permitted to participate;
  2. Every person depicted in submitted content is an adult;
  3. Every person depicted has given informed and voluntary consent;
  4. The seller or contributor has the legal right to upload, publish, sell, or offer the content;
  5. Required records, releases, consents, or compliance materials are maintained as required by law;
  6. No content or activity involves coercion, trafficking, exploitation, minors, non-consensual conduct, or unlawful activity.

PantyBuyer may request documentation, verification materials, consent records, release records, or other compliance information when needed for platform review, safety review, legal compliance, dispute review, or enforcement.

4. Monitoring, Review, and Enforcement

PantyBuyer may use manual, automated, technical, or moderator-assisted review tools to detect, investigate, restrict, or remove content or activity that may violate this Policy.

PantyBuyer may take action when we believe content, accounts, messages, listings, transactions, or activity may involve trafficking, exploitation, minors, coercion, non-consensual content, fraud, impersonation, or other prohibited conduct.

Actions may include:

  1. Refusing to publish content;
  2. Removing or disabling access to content;
  3. Restricting messages, listings, accounts, seller features, or protected-media access;
  4. Requesting additional verification or compliance documentation;
  5. Suspending or terminating accounts;
  6. Delaying, withholding, or reversing payouts where applicable;
  7. Preserving relevant records;
  8. Reporting suspected unlawful activity as required or permitted by law.

PantyBuyer is not required to monitor every user, message, listing, transaction, or item of content, but we reserve the right to review and act when necessary to protect users, the platform, and the public.

5. Reporting Suspected Trafficking, Exploitation, or Abuse

If you believe content or activity on PantyBuyer may involve trafficking, exploitation, coercion, a minor, non-consensual content, impersonation, threats, or unlawful conduct, report it immediately.

Please include, when available:

  1. The URL or unique content identifier;
  2. The username, seller profile, buyer profile, message thread, listing, or account involved;
  3. A description of the concern;
  4. Any information showing that the content or activity may involve trafficking, exploitation, coercion, a minor, non-consensual content, impersonation, or unlawful conduct;
  5. Your contact information for follow-up, unless you are submitting anonymously where available.

PantyBuyer may request additional information before taking action. PantyBuyer may decline to act on reports that are incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, unsupported, or submitted in bad faith.

6. Emergency and Outside Reporting Resources

If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or local law enforcement immediately.

Reports involving suspected child sexual exploitation may also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children through the CyberTipline.

PantyBuyer may report suspected child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, sex trafficking involving a minor, human trafficking, coercion, non-consensual content, or other unlawful activity to law enforcement, NCMEC, payment processors, regulators, service providers, or other appropriate parties as required or permitted by law.

7. Non-Retaliation

Users may not threaten, harass, intimidate, dox, blackmail, retaliate against, or attempt to silence any person who makes a good-faith report under this Policy.

Retaliation may result in account restriction, suspension, termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

8. Relationship to Content Removal Requests

Reports involving non-consensual intimate images, unauthorized intimate content, impersonation, stolen content, or content shared without consent may also be handled under PantyBuyer’s Content Removal Policy.

PantyBuyer may remove or restrict reported content, preserve relevant records, disable matching or related content where appropriate, and take account action when required or permitted by law or platform policy.

9. Cooperation With Law Enforcement and Safety Reviews

PantyBuyer may cooperate with lawful requests, law enforcement investigations, safety organizations, payment processors, regulators, or other appropriate parties when we believe cooperation is necessary or appropriate to prevent harm, protect users, investigate exploitation, enforce this Policy, or comply with law.

PantyBuyer may preserve account information, content information, messages, listings, transaction information, IP logs, access logs, verification information, compliance records, and related data when necessary for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, compliance, or enforcement purposes.

10. Policy Violations

Violation of this Policy may result in one or more of the following:

  1. Content removal;
  2. Listing removal;
  3. Message restrictions;
  4. Loss of access to protected media;
  5. Seller-feature restrictions;
  6. Verification re-review;
  7. Payout delay or withholding where applicable;
  8. Account suspension or termination;
  9. Preservation of evidence;
  10. Referral to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

PantyBuyer may take any action available under the Terms of Service, this Policy, other platform policies, or applicable law.
