Content Removal & Complaint Policy
Effective Date: 23 May 2026
Last Updated: 18 June 2026
PantyBuyer.com is an adult-only online platform operated by PantyBuyer LLC (“PantyBuyer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Mexico limited liability company. This Content Removal & Complaint Policy explains how users, non-users, depicted persons, authorized representatives, rights holders, and other affected persons may report content or activity that may violate PantyBuyer’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, 2257 / 2257A Statement, Community Guidelines, Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy, or other platform policies. You do not need a PantyBuyer account to submit a report under this Policy.
1. Content That May Be Reported
You may submit a content removal request or complaint if you believe content or activity on PantyBuyer involves:
- Non-consensual intimate images or videos, including digitally created or altered intimate depictions made without consent;
- Images or videos of you posted without your consent;
- A minor or suspected minor, or child sexual exploitation or abuse material;
- Sexually explicit content, sexual-service offers, or other content prohibited by PantyBuyer’s content standards;
- Trafficking, coercion, force, fraud, exploitation, blackmail, extortion, or threats;
- Stolen, leaked, hacked, pirated, or unauthorized content;
- Hidden recording, unlawful surveillance, or revenge content;
- Impersonation, fake identity, or misuse of another person’s image, name, likeness, or account;
- Copyright, trademark, ownership, or licensing concerns;
- Harassment, doxing, threats, stalking, or abuse;
- Any other content or conduct that may violate PantyBuyer policies or applicable law.
2. How to Submit a Report
Reports may be submitted through PantyBuyer’s Content Removal form, which is available without logging in, or by email to the channel that fits the request:
- Non-consensual intimate imagery: ncii@pantybuyer.com or the Content Removal form
- Copyright (DMCA): dmca@pantybuyer.com (see Section 7)
- Age, identity, or compliance concerns: compliance@pantybuyer.com
- All other reports: safety@pantybuyer.com or the Content Removal form
When available, please include the URL or content identifier involved; the username, profile, message thread, or comment involved; your name and email address; whether you are the person depicted or are authorized to act on that person’s behalf; a description of why the content should be removed; whether you ever consented to the content being posted on PantyBuyer; any supporting information, screenshots, or documentation; a good-faith statement that the information in your report is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature. PantyBuyer may request additional information if needed to locate the content, verify the request, or prevent misuse of the process, but PantyBuyer will not require unnecessary information that would delay removal of non-consensual intimate imagery beyond the time allowed by law.
3. Non-Consensual Intimate Images and Videos
PantyBuyer prohibits non-consensual intimate images and videos, revenge content, hidden recording, stolen or leaked intimate content, and digitally created or altered intimate content that depicts a person without consent. A request involving a non-consensual intimate image or video should identify the specific content at issue, provide information reasonably sufficient for PantyBuyer to locate it, include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was posted or made available without your consent, include your contact information, and include your physical or electronic signature or the signature of an authorized representative.
For valid requests involving non-consensual intimate images or videos, PantyBuyer will remove or disable access to the reported content, and will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies, as soon as possible and no later than forty-eight (48) hours after receiving the request, as required by applicable law. PantyBuyer may use content identifiers, hash-matching, metadata, access logs, and other available tools to identify and restrict known identical copies, and may participate in hash-sharing programs, including StopNCII.org for content depicting adults and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children for content involving minors, to help prevent reappearance of removed content. PantyBuyer may remove content that reasonably appears to be a non-consensual intimate image in good faith, even if the content is later determined to be lawful.
4. Minor, Exploitation, or Trafficking Concerns
Reports involving a minor, suspected minor, child sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual activity, or immediate safety risk receive priority review. PantyBuyer may immediately remove or restrict access to reported content while the report is reviewed, and may suspend accounts, preserve records, restrict messages, and block access. PantyBuyer reports apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline as required by law and may report other suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement, payment processors, regulators, service providers, or other appropriate parties as required or permitted by law. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or local law enforcement immediately.
5. Review Process
PantyBuyer may review reports using manual, technical, automated, or moderator-assisted tools. After receiving a report, PantyBuyer may confirm receipt, assign a request or case number, review the reported content and related account activity, request additional information, temporarily restrict or remove the content during review, remove or disable access to the content, decline a request that is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, fraudulent, submitted in bad faith, or that does not violate PantyBuyer policies or applicable law, preserve records for legal, safety, compliance, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, or enforcement purposes, and take action against accounts that violate PantyBuyer policies. PantyBuyer assigns a confirmation or case number to removal requests and, where appropriate, provides status updates to the requester. For general content complaints not involving non-consensual intimate images, minors, exploitation, trafficking, or urgent safety concerns, PantyBuyer will aim to review the report within five (5) business days.
6. Appeals
A person who submitted a report, or a user whose content was removed, may request review of PantyBuyer’s decision by sending an appeal to safety@pantybuyer.com that includes the original request or case number if available, the URL, content identifier, or account involved, a clear explanation of why the decision should be reconsidered, and any supporting documentation. PantyBuyer will aim to review appeals within five (5) business days and may decline appeals that are incomplete, repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, unsupported, or submitted in bad faith. PantyBuyer may keep content disabled during an appeal when necessary for safety, legal compliance, user protection, fraud prevention, or platform enforcement.
7. Copyright (DMCA) Reports
Copyright removal requests are handled under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act as described in Section 13 of the Terms of Service. A copyright notice should be sent to PantyBuyer’s designated copyright agent at dmca@pantybuyer.com and must include the elements listed in that Section. PantyBuyer processes valid notices and counter-notifications and terminates repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
8. Evidence and Supporting Files
PantyBuyer may allow reporters to submit screenshots, documents, images, or other supporting files, and where technically available may automatically include page information such as URL, content identifier, timestamp, and account identifiers. Evidence submitted with a report may contain sensitive information, and PantyBuyer may restrict access to report materials and preserve them for legal, safety, compliance, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, or enforcement purposes. Do not submit false, misleading, altered, or unlawful evidence.
9. False or Abusive Reports
Users may not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, retaliatory, or bad-faith reports. Misuse of the content removal process may result in denial of the request, account restriction, suspension, termination, preservation of evidence, or other action available under PantyBuyer’s Terms of Service and platform policies.
10. Account Deletion Requests
This Policy is for reporting content, activity, or policy violations. Account deletion or privacy requests should be submitted under the Privacy Policy by contacting privacy@pantybuyer.com. Removal of specific content does not always require deletion of an account, and deletion of an account does not always require immediate deletion of all records. PantyBuyer may retain information where necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, audit, compliance, or enforcement purposes.
11. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy works together with PantyBuyer’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, 2257 / 2257A Statement, Community Guidelines, and Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy. PantyBuyer may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, preserve records, report unlawful activity, or take other action when required or permitted by law, these policies, or the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Policy limits PantyBuyer’s right to act quickly to protect users, prevent harm, comply with law, enforce platform policies, or preserve evidence.
12. Contact
Reports, complaints, appeals, or safety concerns may be sent to the channels listed in Section 2, or to safety@pantybuyer.com. PantyBuyer LLC, 530-B Harkle Road, Ste. 100, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505.
