Community Guidelines

Last Updated: 4 June 2026

PantyBuyer is an adult-only marketplace built around trust, consent, privacy, and respectful connection.

This is a place for adults to buy, sell, browse, message, and interact without pressure, scams, harassment, exploitation, or fear that private content will be misused. The rules are simple: be honest, respect boundaries, protect privacy, and do not use the platform to harm or manipulate another person.

These Community Guidelines are written in plain language. They work together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, 2257 Statement, Content Removal Policy, and Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy. If there is ever a conflict, the Terms of Service and applicable law control.

1. Adults Only. No Exceptions.

PantyBuyer is only for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Do not use the platform if you are underage. Do not help anyone underage create an account, view content, buy, sell, message, or participate in any way.

Content, messages, requests, jokes, roleplay, or references involving minors are not allowed.

2. Consent Is the Foundation

Everything on PantyBuyer must be voluntary, lawful, and consent-based.

Do not pressure, threaten, manipulate, blackmail, shame, or coerce another person into creating content, selling items, sending media, changing boundaries, lowering prices, moving off-platform, or doing anything they do not want to do.

A clear “no” is enough. Silence is not consent. Payment is not permission to ignore someone’s boundaries.

3. Respect the Person Behind the Profile

Every buyer, seller, moderator, and visitor is a real person.

Be direct, but respectful. Be playful, but not abusive. Be interested, but not entitled.

Do not harass, stalk, threaten, insult, dox, impersonate, intimidate, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Do not use reviews, comments, reports, messages, or chargebacks as weapons.

No one owes you attention, access, discounts, replies, custom content, personal information, or continued conversation.

4. Privacy Is Part of the Product

PantyBuyer depends on privacy. Treat other users’ identities, images, messages, listings, purchases, and content with care.

Do not share, leak, repost, screenshot, screen-record, copy, download, trade, resell, index, scrape, or redistribute protected content or private communications.

Screenshots are not souvenirs. Private content is not yours to pass around.

If you receive access to content through PantyBuyer, that access is for you only and only through the authorized platform experience.

5. Keep Transactions Honest

Buyers should be honest about what they are requesting. Sellers should be honest about what they are offering.

Do not scam, misrepresent, fake payments, submit false disputes, abuse chargebacks, impersonate another person, manipulate reviews, or make promises you do not intend to keep.

Sellers should describe listings clearly and accurately. Buyers should read listings carefully before purchasing or messaging.

Trust is hard to build and easy to lose.

6. No Exploitation, Trafficking, or Coercion

PantyBuyer has zero tolerance for trafficking, exploitation, coercion, forced participation, non-consensual content, stolen content, blackmail, extortion, or any attempt to control another person’s account, identity, earnings, documents, messages, listings, or content.

If something feels wrong, report it.

If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact emergency services or local law enforcement.

7. Keep It On Platform

PantyBuyer’s tools exist to help protect buyers, sellers, and the marketplace.

Do not use PantyBuyer to move transactions off-platform, bypass safety systems, avoid fees, evade moderation, dodge verification, or pressure another user into outside payment or communication channels when not allowed.

If a user is pushing you to leave the platform in a way that feels suspicious, report it.

8. Seller Safety Tips

Sellers should protect their privacy and boundaries.

Consider these safety practices:

You control what you offer, what you decline, and what boundaries you set.

9. Buyer Safety Tips

Buyers should also protect themselves.

Consider these safety practices:

Good buyers help create a better marketplace.

10. Report Problems Early

If you see content or behavior that may violate these Guidelines, report it.

Reports may involve:

Reports may be submitted through the platform’s report tools or by contacting:

PantyBuyer LLC
Email: privacy@pantybuyer.com
Website: PantyBuyer.com

Please include enough information for PantyBuyer to identify the account, listing, content, message, or concern.

11. What Happens When Guidelines Are Violated

PantyBuyer may review reports, restrict content, remove listings, limit messages, disable protected-media access, request verification, preserve records, delay or withhold payouts where applicable, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report serious issues to appropriate authorities when required or permitted.

We do not promise that every disagreement will result in action. We do promise to take safety, consent, exploitation, minors, privacy, and protected-media misuse seriously.
