PantyBuyer LLC (“PantyBuyer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Mexico limited liability company, operates PantyBuyer.com and related services, features, pages, tools, and platform functions collectively referred to as the “Service.” This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when users access or use the Service. PantyBuyer is intended only for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect your username or display name, email address, password or authentication credentials, account role, profile information, contact preferences, registration date and time, registration IP address, and browser, device, and user-agent information. We use this information to create and manage accounts, provide access to membership and platform features, maintain account security, and enforce platform rules.

1.2 Member and User Activity

We may collect information related to profile and settings, messaging activity, membership status, content you view or post, reports, complaints, disputes, and moderation interactions, and communications with support or moderators.

1.3 Seller Verification Information

To support adult-only participation, seller eligibility review, safety, fraud prevention, and compliance, sellers are required to complete identity and age verification before approval. As part of verification, we collect legal name, date of birth, government-issued identification images, which may include the front and back of an identification card or a passport, and an image of the seller holding the identification next to the seller’s face. We compare information extracted from the identification, including by scanning the identification barcode where available, against the information the seller provides, and an authorized reviewer confirms the verification before the seller is approved. We use this information to verify adult status and identity, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, enforce platform rules, and maintain verification records.

1.4 How Verification Records Are Stored

PantyBuyer’s current verification process is operated internally rather than through an outside vendor. When a seller submits identification, the platform converts and encrypts the verification records, stores the encrypted records in a restricted, private platform storage location, and deletes the temporary original upload file after processing. The seller verification image is used for identity verification through review and comparison, and PantyBuyer does not use it to create a biometric template or to perform automated facial-recognition matching. Access to verification records is limited to authorized compliance, legal, security, and administrative functions and is not available to ordinary users or general moderators.

1.5 Content and Upload Information

When users upload, post, or submit content, we may collect the content itself, file metadata, upload date and time, the uploading account, upload IP address and related technical information, and review, approval, rejection, removal, or moderation history. Uploaded content may be reviewed by PantyBuyer or authorized personnel for policy compliance, legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, and enforcement.

1.6 Messages and Communications

The Service may include private messages, notifications, support requests, and administrative communications. We may collect message content, sender and recipient information, timestamps, attachments if enabled, read, moderation, or review status, and reports or abuse complaints. Messages may be reviewed when necessary to operate the Service, investigate suspected violations, respond to support requests, enforce policies, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

1.7 Membership Payment Information

PantyBuyer charges only for digital membership access and platform features and does not process, hold, or pay out funds for transactions between users. For membership and platform fees, we may collect or receive membership and billing status, transaction identifiers, and fraud-prevention signals. Membership payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and PantyBuyer does not store full payment-card numbers unless expressly stated at the point of collection.

1.8 Usage, Security, and Technical Information

We may automatically collect IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, user-agent string, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, login and session activity, date and time of access, approximate location derived from IP address, and error and security logs. We use this information to operate the Service, maintain functionality, detect abuse, protect accounts, troubleshoot errors, and enforce platform policies.

2. How We Use Information

PantyBuyer may use collected information to create, maintain, and secure accounts; provide membership and platform features; verify seller identity and adult status; process membership payments; review and moderate content and enforce platform rules; detect fraud, duplicate accounts, impersonation, abuse, exploitation, or prohibited activity; investigate reports, disputes, complaints, or safety concerns; maintain verification, compliance, and audit records; provide support; communicate about account, verification, security, policy, or Service matters; improve the Service; protect PantyBuyer, users, and the public; comply with legal obligations and lawful requests; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

3. Advertising, Analytics, and No Sale or Sharing

PantyBuyer does not run third-party advertising tools, tracking or retargeting pixels, ad networks, or behavioral-advertising analytics. PantyBuyer uses only operational tools necessary to run the Service, such as hosting and security logging, fraud-prevention tools, membership payment processing, platform functionality, and compliance and verification workflows. PantyBuyer does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The operational processing described in this Privacy Policy is not advertising, analytics for advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information. If PantyBuyer later adopts advertising or analytics technologies that would constitute a sale or sharing under applicable law, PantyBuyer will update this Privacy Policy, provide the required notice and an opt-out mechanism, and honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control, where required.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

PantyBuyer may use cookies, local storage, and session identifiers to keep users logged in, remember preferences, secure accounts, operate platform features, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain performance. PantyBuyer does not use cookies for third-party behavioral advertising. Users may be able to disable cookies through browser settings, although some parts of the Service may not function properly without cookies.

5. Sensitive Verification Records

Seller verification records, government identification images, and the seller verification image are stored in encrypted, restricted systems separate from ordinary profile content. Access is limited to authorized compliance, legal, security, and administrative functions. PantyBuyer applies technical and administrative safeguards to these records, although no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. How We Share Information

PantyBuyer does not sell government identification images, seller verification records, or private messages. PantyBuyer may share information in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting and cloud-infrastructure providers, security and fraud-prevention providers, membership payment processors, email-delivery providers, customer-support tools, and legal, accounting, or compliance advisors. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to PantyBuyer, subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.

6.2 Moderation, Safety, and Compliance Review

Information may be accessible to authorized administrators, moderators, compliance personnel, support personnel, or legal personnel when needed to review verification, review content, investigate reports, enforce platform policies, resolve disputes, maintain compliance records, or prevent abuse, fraud, exploitation, or harm. Access to government identification images and verification records is restricted to compliance, legal, security, and administrative functions and is not available to ordinary moderators.

6.3 Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request; cooperate with law enforcement; enforce our Terms or platform policies; investigate fraud, exploitation, trafficking concerns, abuse, or prohibited conduct; protect the rights, property, safety, or security of PantyBuyer, users, or others; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6.4 Business Transfers

If PantyBuyer is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

7. Public Information

Certain information may be visible to other users or the public depending on account settings and platform features, including display name, profile information you choose to make public, content you post publicly, and public comments or reviews. Users should not post information publicly that they do not want others to view, save, copy, or share. Government identification images, verification records, and private messages are not public profile content.

8. Data Retention

PantyBuyer retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and preserve verification and compliance records. Account information may be retained while an account remains active. Membership and billing records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. Seller verification records, including encrypted identification images and verification results, are retained while the seller account is active and for seven (7) years after the account is closed, unless a longer period is required by law or a legal hold applies, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Security logs and IP records may be retained to protect the Service and investigate abuse. Deleted or removed content may remain in backups, logs, or compliance records for a limited or legally required period.

9. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting PantyBuyer. Depending on the user’s jurisdiction, users may have rights to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, request a copy of certain information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and appeal or complain to a relevant authority where applicable. PantyBuyer may require identity verification before processing a request and may deny or limit a request when permitted or required by law, including when information must be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, safety, enforcement, or compliance-record purposes. 10. California Privacy Notice

This Section applies to California residents to the extent California privacy laws apply to PantyBuyer. California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. PantyBuyer may collect the categories of personal information described in Section 1, which include identifiers, customer-records information, protected-classification information such as date of birth used to verify age, commercial information such as membership history, internet or network activity information, geolocation derived from IP address, visual information such as uploaded content and verification images, and sensitive personal information such as government identification information and verification records, together with inferences used for security and fraud prevention.

PantyBuyer uses sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted under California law, including to provide the Service, verify adult status and identity, protect users, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law, and not for purposes that would give consumers a right to limit its use. PantyBuyer does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and therefore does not offer a sale-or-sharing opt-out at this time; if that changes, PantyBuyer will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism and honor the Global Privacy Control. PantyBuyer does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 because the Service is not available to anyone under 18. California privacy requests may be submitted to privacy@pantybuyer.com.

11. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights similar to those described above, including rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. Several of these laws require consent before processing certain sensitive data. Because PantyBuyer collects government identification and verification information to verify adult status and operate the Service, PantyBuyer relies on the consent users provide during verification and the legal bases available under applicable law, and honors the rights and consent requirements that apply to a given user’s state. Requests may be submitted to privacy@pantybuyer.com.

12. International Users

PantyBuyer is operated from the United States. If users access the Service from outside the United States, their information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other locations where PantyBuyer or its service providers operate. Where the laws of another country grant users data-protection rights, users may contact PantyBuyer to exercise applicable rights, and PantyBuyer may require identity verification and may retain information where legally required or permitted.

13. Security

PantyBuyer uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, which may include restricted administrative access, role-based permissions, encrypted storage of verification records, file-access controls, audit logging, security review procedures, and secure transmission where available. PantyBuyer works to apply safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information collected, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for promptly notifying PantyBuyer of suspected unauthorized account access.

14. Children and Minors

PantyBuyer is an adult-only Service and is not intended for anyone under 18 years old or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. PantyBuyer does not knowingly allow minors to use the Service. If PantyBuyer learns that a minor has created an account or submitted information, we may suspend or delete the account, remove content, and retain limited information as necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement, including any reporting required by law.

15. Trafficking, Exploitation, and Safety

PantyBuyer prohibits trafficking, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual content, content involving minors, impersonation, fraud, and other prohibited activity. We may use account information, content information, verification information, IP logs, audit logs, reports, and moderation tools to detect, investigate, prevent, and report suspected violations, and may disclose information to law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, safety organizations, legal advisors, or other appropriate parties when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect users, prevent harm, comply with law, or enforce platform policies.

16. Communications and Changes

PantyBuyer may send administrative, transactional, verification, security, support, policy, or account-related messages, which may be necessary to provide the Service and may not always be optional. PantyBuyer may send membership-related or promotional communications where permitted, and users may opt out of promotional messages by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting PantyBuyer. PantyBuyer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, may update the “Last Updated” date, and may post the revised policy on the Service. Material changes may be communicated through the Service, email, account notice, or other reasonable means.
