Contest Rules

By entering, voting in, or participating in any PantyBuyer contest, you agree to these Contest Rules, PantyBuyer’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Guidelines, and Compliance Policy.

Eligibility

PantyBuyer contests are open only to users who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their location, whichever is higher. Minors may not enter, vote, appear in submitted content, assist with submitted content, or participate in any contest activity.

Seller entries are limited to eligible seller accounts in good standing. To submit an entry, a seller must be logged in, have an approved seller role, have completed required 2257/compliance approval, and meet all contest requirements.

PantyBuyer may require age, identity, account, rights, or compliance verification before approving an entry, counting votes, selecting a winner, or awarding a prize.

Entry Requirements

All seller contest entries are subject to review before public display. Submitting an entry does not guarantee approval, display, votes, finalist status, or prize eligibility.

Entries must follow the posted contest instructions. Unless otherwise stated, entries may include a title, description, and up to nine (9) uploaded images. PantyBuyer may reject, remove, hide, or disqualify any entry that violates these rules, creates legal or safety concerns, appears fraudulent, infringes another person’s rights, or is otherwise unsuitable.

By submitting an entry, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18), that every person shown in the submitted content is at least eighteen (18), that you own or have permission to use the content, and that the content does not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, consent, or other third-party rights.

Content Rules

Contest content must be non-explicit and consistent with PantyBuyer’s contest theme and content standards. Classy lingerie, boudoir, fashion, or lifestyle-style images may be permitted if they follow the rules.

The following are prohibited: nudity, exposed genitals, explicit sexual conduct, simulated sexual acts, minors, non-consensual content, stolen images, leaked content, revenge content, harassment, threats, hateful content, illegal content, or content that violates PantyBuyer policy.

PantyBuyer may request additional proof of age, identity, consent, ownership, or compliance at any time.

Public Display and Content Use

Approved entries may be displayed on PantyBuyer.com, including entry images, display name, title, description, ranking, vote count, and contest status.

By submitting an entry, you grant PantyBuyer permission to host, store, display, crop, resize, format, promote, moderate, archive, and use the submitted content for contest administration, platform display, promotional purposes, safety review, legal compliance, and related site operations.

Deleting an entry or replacing an image may not result in immediate removal from backups, moderation records, security logs, legal-retention systems, or pending-deletion workflows.

Voting

Voting may be limited to eligible premium buyer accounts. Voters must be logged in, recognized as buyer accounts, and meet all posted voting requirements. Sellers, admins, non-premium buyers, and non-logged-in users may not vote unless a specific contest page states otherwise.

Unless otherwise stated, each eligible premium buyer may cast up to four (4) votes per contest and may vote only once per entry. PantyBuyer may remove, disregard, or adjust votes that appear fraudulent, automated, duplicated, purchased, traded, coerced, or manipulated.

Winner Selection

PantyBuyer contests are intended to operate as skill-based contests, showcases, or judged promotional events. Unless a contest page states otherwise, winners are selected by PantyBuyer using criteria such as creativity, originality, theme fit, presentation, image quality, compliance, and overall contest suitability.

Public vote totals may be used for engagement, ranking, finalist selection, or Fan Favorite recognition, but votes do not guarantee winner selection unless the contest page clearly states that a specific prize is determined by votes.

PantyBuyer’s decisions regarding eligibility, entries, votes, moderation, disqualification, winner selection, and prizes are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prizes and Taxes

Prize details, approximate value, and delivery method will be listed on the applicable contest page. Prizes are non-transferable unless PantyBuyer allows otherwise. PantyBuyer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, and costs associated with accepting or using a prize. PantyBuyer may require identity verification, tax documentation, or other lawful information before awarding a prize.

Fraud and Disqualification

PantyBuyer may disqualify any participant, entry, vote, account, finalist, or winner for fake accounts, duplicate accounts, seller-created buyer accounts, harassment, rights violations, false information, compliance issues, or violation of PantyBuyer rules.

PantyBuyer may modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any contest if fraud, technical issues, legal concerns, platform abuse, insufficient participation, or other circumstances affect the fairness or operation of the contest.

External Promotion

If you share, promote, or ask others to vote for a contest entry outside PantyBuyer, you must clearly disclose the contest connection. Acceptable disclosures include “PantyBuyer Contest Entry,” “Contest Entry,” “#PantyBuyerContest,” or “#ContestEntry.”

You are responsible for following the rules of any third-party platform where you promote a contest entry.

Privacy and Legal Notice

PantyBuyer may collect and use contest-related information for entry review, voting, moderation, fraud prevention, compliance, prize fulfillment, tax documentation, security, and legal purposes. PantyBuyer will not intentionally publish legal names, addresses, payment information, tax information, identification documents, or private compliance records unless required by law or separately authorized.

Contests are void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. These rules may be updated or supplemented by contest-specific rules. If contest-specific rules conflict with these general rules, the contest-specific rules control.
